Completed “Course Change Application” forms for this current semester need to be submitted by MONDAY FEBRUARY 9th AT 3:00PM. They need to include a parent/guardian signature if the student is under the age of 18 years.  Pick up a form in Guidance or print off an application by clicking on this post and then using the following link – Course Change Application.
