Parents and guardians who wish to email their student’s attendance notification may do so by sending an email to;

KCI-attendance@wrdsb.ca

 

In your email please let us know;

Parent/guardian’s first and last name

Student’s first and last name

Reason for absence; eg., appointment, illness

Length of absence

Phone number where parent/guardian can be reached.

 

Example:

“Hello,

I am Rodney Raider, guardian of Randy Raider in grade 9 at KCI. Randy will be absent today, Dec 3rd, due to illness.
