As our KCI families review the recent website post New Deadline for Secondary Students and Families to Change Mode of Learning and make decisions to their child’s mode of learning by October 16, we encourage families to reference CHOICE OF LEARNING MODES handout.

How to request a change to a student’s mode of learning:

If you want to make a change to your child’s mode of learning, you must request the change through this form by 4 pm on Friday, October 16.

This information will help us plan for the number of students who wish to change their mode of learning.  If you have any challenges completing the form, please contact KCI (519-745-6851) and indicate your preference for modes of learning.
