As we prepare for both of the upcoming quadmester 3 and quadmester 4, we are sharing the following key points with our KCI students and families:
- If you want to make a change to your child’s mode of learning (ie. distance learning to in-person or in-person to distance), you must request the change through this form by Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
- This is the last opportunity families will have to request a change for the remainder of the school year for both quadmesters 3 and 4 – no further forms will be provided.
- The results of this form will lead to many student timetable changes for both quadmester 3 and quadmester 4. Please note, there is a high possibility of course cancellations.
- Guidance counsellors will be extremely busy in the month of January as they support the changes gathered in this form. While guidance counsellors resolve student timetable changes they will prioritize compulsory credits over elective credits for each student (both in-person and distance learning modes).
