KCI’s Commencement is being held on Friday, November 8, 2024, starting at 7pm here at the school.

Instructions for Guests:

Guests are asked to double check their tickets to ensure they line up at the correct viewing location:  Auditorium or Library Viewing Area.  Guests are expected to sit in the location indicated on their tickets.  

It’s important for families to see their children cross the stage in person.  Thus, we will be bringing the Library Viewing Area guests into the Auditorium during the diploma portion of the ceremony so that they can view all the grads crossing the stage and receiving their diplomas in person.  

We will also have a professional photographer who will take a photo of each grad receiving their diploma.  A digital copy of the photo will be sent to each grad’s personal email address that they have already provided to KCI.

Instructions for Grads:

Graduates are asked to be at KCI no later than 6:30pm.  Gowns, caps and tassels will be distributed in classrooms on the 2nd Floor West hall, rooms 262- 266 and 270-273.  Look for your name posted outside one of these classroom doors.  Please leave valuables with your guests.

You will be escorted to the Auditorium from this classroom with your fellow graduates.

Following the Commencement Ceremony you will go to the Cafeteria to return your gown and pick up your diploma envelope, plus yearbook and composite if you purchased one.

After the Ceremony:

We will be hosting a reception with food and drinks in the Red Gym immediately after the ceremony.  

Ticket Availability:

Unfortunately, with the large number of graduates attending this year, we will not have extra tickets available for purchase.
