Full disclosure is a Ministry of Education requirement for all Grade 11 and 12 courses.  All attempted Grade 11 and 12 course codes and marks earned will be recorded on the student’s Ontario transcript if it is not dropped by the full disclosure date.

This means that if a course is dropped prior to the deadline, the grade 11 or 12 course will NOT appear on a student’s transcript.

Full Disclosure dates changes each semester and every year. In first semester it is usually around December 1st. In second semester it is some time in early May. Exact dates are sent out through the Guidance classroom, the KCI website and through School Day approximately one week prior to full disclosure.

Note: Students under the age of 18 must remain a full time student, which is (a minimum of) three courses each semester.
