Now that students have received their midterm report cards, students in Grade 11 and 12 courses must be aware of the upcoming full disclosure date. Full disclosure is a Ministry of Education requirement for all Grade 11 and 12 courses. All attempted Grade 11 and 12 course codes and marks earned will be recorded on the student’s Ontario transcript if it is not dropped by the full disclosure date.

The semester 2 full disclosure date is Friday, May 9, 2025

If they drop after this date, the mark will remain on the transcript with an indicator that the course has been dropped. If a student is considering a drop, they should book with their guidance counsellor as soon as possible.
