Student Progress Communication (October 3rd)

It is best practice that we communicate with parents/guardians/caregivers information about the student’s progress.  At this point in the semester, parent/guardian/caregiver communication will be in the form of an email or phone call.  This will not be a formal report, rather teachers will be communicating with parents/guardians/caregivers on the progress to date for each semester 1 course.  Teachers will communicate with you by Friday October 3rd, 2025 (eg. email, telephone call).  If you have questions please contact your student’s teacher(s).

Parents/guardians/caregivers of students within the ACE Program receive ongoing communication from the classroom teacher.  This is not a scheduled reporting period within the ACE program.

KCI Meet the Teacher Night (October 9th)

Parents/guardians are invited to attend the KCI Meet the Teacher Night on Thursday, October 9th from 6:30-8:30 pm.  It is an open house format, therefore, no appointment is required.  We ask that discussions be time considerate so that all parents/guardians/caregivers have the opportunity to meet their student’s teachers.  If you require a more fulsome discussion please arrange a follow up conversation. More information will be shared as we get closer to Meet The Teacher Night.
