Student Progress Communication (March 24))
It is best practice that we communicate with parents/guardians information about the student’s progress. At this point in the semester, parent/guardian communication will be in the form of an email or phone call. This will not be a formal report, rather teachers will be communicating with parents/guardians on the progress to date for each semester 2 course. The progress communication will include either a level, percentage or a description of the student’s progress. Emails will be sent by March 24th. If we do not have an email on file, a call will go home. If you have questions please contact your student’s teacher(s).
Parents/guardians of students within the ACE Program receive ongoing communication from the classroom teacher. This is not a scheduled reporting period within the ACE program.
KCI Meet the Teacher Night (March 30th)
Parents/guardians are invited to attend the KCI Meet the Teacher Night on Thursday, March 30th from 6:30-8:30 pm. It is an open house format, therefore, no appointment is required. We ask that discussions be time considerate so that all parents/guardians have the opportunity to meet their student’s teachers. If you require a more fulsome discussion please arrange a follow up conversation.
Parking is free in the King Street, Green Street and Walter Street parking lots. We look forward to seeing you there!
Semester 2 Provincial Report Cards
- Semester 2 Mid-term Report cards will be distributed to students the week of May 1st
- Semester 2 Final Report cards will be available for pick up during the week of July 3 (more information will be posted to the KCI website)
